Privacy Policy – Service Terms of Use

Data Protection and Privacy Policy (“Policy”)

activeis a multimedia communication and artificial intelligence company. We use data as a source of intelligence to serve our customers and help them communicate better and generate more business. To achieve our goals, we use technology to aggregate and triangulate data from a variety of publicly accessible sources, allowing for analysis and searches to improve our customers' communication with third parties who have a legitimate interest in their services and products.

Our mission is to help companies generate more business in less time, moving the economy and fostering innovation. To generate relevant corporate intelligence, our solutions depend on the collection and use of personal and legal data from consultations with various publicly accessible sources and strategic partnerships with guarantee of legality. We have always paid special attention and care to the management and protection of information of any nature within our operations.

When we talk about personal data, we consider not only the respect and commitment to the security and privacy of data subjects, but also our commitment to guarantee the right of choice to everyone regarding the way in which their personal data is used.

To develop our solutions, we use information made public by the different entities that make up the direct and indirect public administration of Brazilian federative entities, especially information disclosed based on the Access to Information Law (Law No. 12.527/2011) and others normative acts that integrate the Federal Government's open data policy, as well as other publicly accessible data from non-governmental sources.

In some cases, we may also receive data from our partners/suppliers and customers for specific projects, always using contractual clauses and reports able to establish a high level of protection and security to the data processed, supported by the authorizations that our partners and customers have to process personal data, ensuring transparency to the data subject about the treatment carried out.

Your Personal Data is yours and Brazilian law grants you a series of rights related to them. Only for the time necessary for the treatment and provision of the contracted services, always observing the current legislation.

3. WHAT ARE OUR RESPONSIBILITIES AND HOW DO WE PROTECT PERSONAL DATA?

Our responsibility is to take care of all Personal Data we process and use it only for the purposes described in this Policy. To ensure everyone's privacy and the protection of the Personal Data we handle, we adopt the best security practices appropriate to our operations, using monitored access control, data protection policy, encryption, advanced threat monitoring, data leakage and other information security systems and procedures.

We also require all our employees involved in the processing of data to sign Confidentiality Terms, we promote training on Information Security and Privacy & Data Protection, we apply the appropriate measures to guarantee the integrity of the data and we also guarantee its availability through backup and incident response plan, among other damage mitigation measures.

Although we always strive to protect the Personal Data we process, unfortunately we cannot guarantee complete security, especially in the face of malicious acts by third parties.
